Engagement sessions are such a beautiful way to celebrate love before the big day, and Taylor and Gerald’s was nothing short of magical. As an Atlanta-based wedding and engagement photographer, I love capturing timeless, love-filled moments that couples can cherish forever. For this session, we chose Studio 270 in Austell, GA, an incredible indoor space that made the perfect backdrop for their romantic shoot. I love shooting engagement sessions before a couple’s wedding day because it provides a time to build a connection with my bride and groom.
A Dreamy Studio 270 for an Atlanta Engagement Session
Studio 270 is one of the best photography studios west of Atlanta for couples who want an intimate yet elegant setting. With a grand piano, beautiful natural light, and a variety of stylish backdrops, it allowed us to capture a mix of classic and modern engagement photos. If you’re looking for a chic indoor space or an alternative to an outdoor session, Studio 270 is a great choice for engagement photography. Studio 270 is owned by Elizabeth Williams. She is a photographer herself, and knows exactly what a creative space needs for a variety of photos. I really also appreciated the continuous lights provided as well. Highly recommend using one of Elizabeth’s award winning studios.
Custom Florals by Love, LaRoses
To make their session even more special, Taylor and Gerald included custom bouquets and a boutonniere designed by Karina LaRose (@lovelaroses on Instagram). These gorgeous floral arrangements added a romantic and classy touch to their portraits. Adding personal details like flowers, customized champagne glasses, meaningful props, or even a pet can make an engagement session even more unique and representative of a couple’s love story.
While outdoor engagement sessions are always a great option, studio engagement photography in Atlanta has some unique benefits: This session was shot in the winter, and Atlanta the weather can get as low as 0 degrees Fahrenheit which isn’t exactly conducive to outdoor photoshoots.
